The cost of the bridge between Ellesmere Island and Greenland will be modeled on Brooklyn Bridge at: [undisclosed amount: for my & Caladin's eyes only]
The materials will be sorted domestically.
The cost of the west coast railway will be [undisclosed amount: for my & Caladin's eyes only].
The materials will be sorted domestically.
The New Settlement will consist of the workers of the coal mines / oil fields / the power station (which all will be managed by the Baffin Fuels Company), this company will be responsible for the costs of these facilities, and for employing the supporting workers for the small settlement. Baffin Fuels will receive [undisclosed amount: for my & Caladin's eyes only] as subsidization from the government for the project.
