Bio: The state owns all Uranium mines, extraction facilities, refining facilities and enrichment facilities, and exercises complete monopoly power. The Uranium is primarily reserved for domestic state affairs, be that the commissioning of nuclear power plants or military operations. The Uranium is not traded on the market, excluding one-off deals with national allies.
