First land: Basically B.C. Alberta, Yukon and northwest territories, except for the islands to the north. Which slip claimed.

Capital City: Calahn

Government type: Democratic Republic.

Religion: Largely Atheist, with small pockets of religious individuals, the state is completely separated from any form of religion in both government and education, civilians are free to chose their religion however.

Starting Population 850,000

Information on size of Military: 200,000. The Arcadian Air Force consists of 50,000 military personnel serving in the Arcadian Air force. 80,000 troops serve in the various army corps, including marines and 70,000 serve in the Navy. Arcadian artillery crews are renowned for their accuracy, which on several occasions, including the uniting of the four provinces 30 years ago, won them several battles for major cities with very little collateral damage.

Arcadian society places a strong emphasis on military service, not through any federal legislation but through parental encouragement. Those in the service are see their positions as an honorable one. Such a way of thinking has produced such a large army.

As of now Arcadian forces patrol their vast oil reserves in the province of Panria (Alberta), as it has become a major target for terrorist activities.

Economy: Capitalist, with minor government intervention. Currency: Arcadian Dollar

Starting technologies: Advanced production technology. Arcadian factories are highly efficient in resource use and production time.

The Republic of Arcadia has recently added the formerly independant region of Alaska to our territory. Reconstruction of Anchorage to serve as the new provincial Capitol is now underway. Mining and resource extraction facilities are also being constructed as new veins are discovered.

Anchorage will be completed in 7 stages. Stage one will be completed in 6 months.
