The Imperial German Empire's Nonaggression Pact with the Republic of Iceland

This document is a statement that the Republic of Iceland (RoI) and the Imperial German Empire (IGE) will act peacfully towards one another. Finite detales of this statement include:
1. RoI and the IGE will not perform ANY acts of agression towards one another.
2. RoI agrees to stop prosecuting the IGE for the attack on its navy.
3. RoI will request the removal of the People's Nation's fleet from RoI waters.
4. The Pact shall be renegotiated and re-charted come the start of 2012.
5. RoI and the IGE will alert Both sides to any militant defensive structures they are building, this includes and is not limited to: Minefields, Fortifications, and Border Fortifications.
-sub-point a: If Minefields are constructed, Each side will provide a map to allow each other's navies and trade ships from being able to safely navigate through the fields.
sub-point b: Border fortifications (being defined as LAND-to-LAND borders, and anything within 15 miles of the border) are allowed as long as their staffed at 50% or less, and if gates are at every major roadway.

Although my response is far late, I find this treaty violated on the counts of Point 5 and it's sub sections.

Sir, If you wish for peace you must play by the rules. The rules were laid out here, and you have cheated and played me as a fool.

I suggest, most respectfully, that if you do not wish to suffer dire consequences, that you begin negotiating a solution.
