The Imperial German Empire will Recognize these land claims on Three Conditions:

1.) Germany is granted Free Passage for any and all ships that it wishes to send through the Panama Canal.

2.) Germany will shift it's land claim of Panama to ALL of the Caribbean Islands.

3.) Rights to the Resources of the Gulf of Mexico. (Negotiable to an extent)

I hope these conditions are found to your liking.

Germany means no harm or hostility with these claims, or any of it's previous claims. It feels as if what it has been publicized by the nation has been gravely misunderstood, and hopes that the world will soon come to it's senses and see that Germany has no malicious or harmful intents.
