First land: Modern day Ireland is the only official land owned by Novakarria as of right now.
Capital City: Ni of the Pylonian Province.
Government type: Oligarchy
Religion: Scientology - Public vote, 7:1 in favor. Any and all other religions are present, but not recognized as the official religion voted upon by the country.
Starting Population: 850,000

Information on size of Military: Roughly 225,000 in the military. 100,000 is the Army, consisting of infantry and land vehicles. 50,000 is the Air Force consisting of paratroopers and air vehicles. 50,000 in the Navy, consisting of sea vehicles and a few air vehicles (Air vehicles in the Navy primarily being used for protection of the sea vehicles as well as military rescue missions). 25,000 in Special Operations and Rescue, consisting of special ops infantry, land, sea, and air vehicles used for public and military rescue as well as special operations missions.

Starting technologies: Hi-res Orbital Intelligence Satellite (HOIS). Can view most activity on the surface of the planet, as well as aerial activity, but for some missions it must reposition itself in orbit using thrusters, the process taking anywhere from a few minutes to a day.

Anything else: Though Novakarria is primarily an Oligarchy, during times of extreme measures, one official of the Oligarchy will be elected to take charge. Many military and national security decisions ordered by the elected official will be followed immediately, where some may still require the vote of the Oligarchy to apply.

I would vlaeder, if I were you. I started with 250,000 then revised it to to 80,000 which is much more realistic, and still considered reasonably sizable. The costs have to work.
