The Grand Islamic Sultanate wishes to remind all that its duties toward the faithful have not been fulfilled for as long as a single Muslim lives outside of its borders. To this effect, the sultanate wishes to inform the world that it shall, in the near future be attempting to reunite with its brethren in the countries of:

1. Sudan
2. Chad
3. Niger
4. Mali
5. Senegal and Mauritania
6. The rest of Morocco
7. Spain
8. Portugal
9. Bulgaria and Greece including all islands between Greece and turkey.
10. Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia
11. Turkmenistan
12. Uzbekistan
13. Afghanistan
14. Part of Pakistan
15. Kyrgyzstan
16. Tajikistan
