The fallowing estimate has been made based on the state of the oil industry in the year 2008.
Any administrative modifications have not been published and can hence not be accounted.

The Grand Islamic Sultanate holds a total of 60.87% of the worlds oil supplies estimated at a total of 819971290000 barrels and is producing a total of 3'383'317'252 barrels of oil each year.

The civilian population of the Grand Islamic Sultanate consumes a total of 31'118'3755 barrels of oil per year.

The army of the Grand Islamic Sultanate does not consume any oil at all.

It's oil production is fully capable of covering its own oil requirements leaving a surplus of 3'072'133'496 barrels per year for export.

For the Length of the contract:

All civilian barrels will be taxed at a rate of 2%, meaning that at a sale price of 90 francs per barrel, the Sultanite will gain 88.2$. Non-civilian use will not be taxed, so the full price of 90 francs will be give to the Sultan.

This means that the yearly total will be: 17,730,000,000.00, and the contract total will be 177,300,000,000.00. (the contract will run for ten years.)

Its giving me a headache to calculate this and I am still failing to do so.

I mean, this is:
1'850'000'000 barrels for 90$ each and 150,000,000 barrels for 88.2$ each right?

Posted wrong, since you only accept five year contracts it will be 200,000,000 barrels per year for five years, 75% is used by civilians, and I will pay 17,730,000,000.00 a year, with 2% tax.
