The Northern Union, always a nation of its word, has fulfilled its promise to the devastated yet unbroken residents of New York City. As of July, 2012, the Northern Union has pledged an annual 15% of its GDP to have the entire city rebuilt by the year 2019. Come New Years, the Ball will drop again!
