And an apology to slip, Switzerland is neutral, but I had to let people know A: how fast he is advancing, and B: that espionage is possible and C: 14 barrels of oil is a ridiculously small inter nation trade. It would take more fuel to send the oil tanker transporting it. (Xeno, the 100,000 barrels of oil still stand. There will be no follow up orders; that was just what I felt would be normal in war time.

What will happen (I will post this Rp style later)
The swiss aircraft and anti-air systems will ground the Ellesmerian Planes.
Ellesmerian Ground forces will quickly over run Swiss reserve forces. The Swiss standing regiments will hold longer, but having been dispersed across the line, will also be over run. Swiss paramilitary forces will continue to be irritating, but once the Ellesmerian airforce regains control of the air (with the retreat of the majority of the swiss ground forces) they will also be forced to retreat. This will have a minor influence on his moving into the air, with a six month delay.
